Water Treatment for Heavy Metals Removal

In the summer of 2015, Geo-Dredging and Dewatering Inc was chosen by the general contractor to treat contaminated water from an abandoned mine in Central Ontario. The water was contaminated with arsenic, cobalt, copper, and nickel. Geodredging technicians were able to reduce all contaminants to below the effluent limits using chemical treatment and Geotube® technology for heavy metals removal.
